'Personal Freedom Wellbeing Events' are events run by 'Wellbeing Coach' Dan Jones and 'Health & Life-Style Expert; Holisticat' Richie Watson to help people to find ways of enhancing and enriching their lives. One day wellbeing events run throughout the years around the UK with frequent two-hour introductory wellbeing events also running, often for free, to introduce people to some of the ideas surrounding positive health and wellbeing.

The full day events cover topics relating to the mind, the body, our connection with the wider environment and our spirituality. They include a range of group discussions, talks, meditations and experiential learning.

 

Each 'Personal Freedom Wellbeing Event' includes pre-event materials to allow you to begin your journey before attending and peer and group support after you have attended to assist you in keeping your journey going.
